An Arundel Tomb by Philip Larkin
This film of what is probably Larkin's most popular poem was made some 13 years ago and shot on standard definition digital tape. It shows its age but I think the reading by the marvellous Jim Norton and the music by Jordi Savall stand up well and I like the way it conveys an impression of elapsed time and Larkin's uncharacterisically romantic notion of the almost sacred nature of married love.
